How long do I have?
What are the conditions?
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition, meaning they should not have been worn or washed so that we can resell them to another customer. The condition must be as new.
Personalised products: Products with customised markings (such as a specific text, logo, or photo you provided) cannot be returned or exchanged, so please take care to select the correct size.
How to proceed?
First, you need to call us or send a message to initiate the return request. You then have two options: a refund or an exchange.
Please include a copy of your order (received by email and available in the "Track my orders" section) in your package, or you may write the order number on a document manually. This information is essential for identification purposes.
A refund: Upon receiving your return and verifying the product’s new condition, we will process your refund. For payments made by card, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount within 24 hours. For payments by cheque, we will send you a cheque by post.
An exchange: Upon receiving your return and verifying the product’s new condition, we will send the desired replacement product. Don’t forget to mention this on a document included with your returned product.

Who covers the shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while we cover the re-shipping costs if you request an exchange. Remember to choose a shipping option with a tracking number (such as tracked letter or Colissimo).
